UGH!

Can someone please tell me why my jeans don't fit even though I'm trying to eat healthy and working out 3-4 times a week? UGH. Waaaaah!

Because you are building muscle. Give it more time and drink more water. After 3 months, you'll notice a big diff. It depends what kind of exercise you are doing too. Aerobic heart pumping stuff is the way to go.
